Good mental health is fundamental to life. In our modern society, we often find ourselves lacking the esssential time we need to contemplate the events of the day. Therabot is a computer application that helps the user anonymously process their day and improve upon themselves for the future. Therabot’s interface was crafted with neutrality in mind, so the user can feel free to express themselves however they like through sessions available to them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When the user starts a session, they rate their mood, answer multiple personalized questions for self-evaluation, mood assessment, and are given a custom message on their progression. Through a series of friendly prompts, students can see what they wrote in past sessions, review their data, access mental health hotlines, and more. Therabot has been shown to significantly improve the mood of its users.
